Although the State of Hawaii Electrical Journeyman License is not a requirement for dispatch, it is strongly recommended. The State of Hawaii law is one licensed to one unlicensed ratio. Most calls are going to the State of Hawaii licensed Journeymen first, by contractor request (for adherence to State of Hawaii law). Probationary period is 30 days or less.
